Your information in Village School.

Village School uses your MEBAL identity and active membership to control access. Your learning profile, matches and conversations have their own visibility rules.

Share what helps you participate.

Profiles collect learning interests, skills, availability and preferences. Private age assessments, guardian relationships and case information are kept separate from member discovery.

Conversations and reports.

Chat remains closed until its screening and review arrangements are ready. When enabled, messages must be checked before delivery and authorised reviewers can examine relevant context. Held messages are not shown to recipients. Reports and safeguarding evidence have restricted staff access.

Your choices.

You can change your visibility and notification preferences, pause participation, or request help with your information. Leaving Village School does not automatically delete your shared MEBAL account.

Programme-specific notice.

Before live participation opens, MEBAL will publish the adopted retention periods, moderation provider information and privacy contact for the programme. These operational settings must be completed before real participant data is processed.
